- Personalization — use your creative profile to tailor AI suggestions, themes, and art styles to your preferences

4. AI-Powered Features
Tikkabo uses artificial intelligence to generate children’s picture books. Here is how your data interacts with AI systems:
4.1 Story Generation
Your text prompts are sent to AI text generation services to generate story text. This includes your prompt content and, where applicable, creative profile data (themes, vocabulary level, age group) to personalize results.
4.2 Illustration Generation
Visual prompts derived from your stories are sent to AI image generation services to generate illustrations. Generated images are stored in your account.
4.3 Character Extraction & Creative Profiling
Our AI systems are also used to extract characters from your stories and progressively build your creative profile. This profile — including preferred themes, art styles, character archetypes, vocabulary complexity, and a creative voice fingerprint — is used to improve future AI suggestions.
Note: Your content is processed by third-party AI services, each with their own privacy practices. We select processors that meet our data protection standards.
5. Marketplace & Virtual Currency
Tikkabo includes a user-generated content (UGC) marketplace where users can buy and sell AI-generated picture books.
5.1 Marketplace Transactions
We record transaction history, including purchases and sales, seller earnings, commission rates, and book view counts. This data is stored in our database and associated with your account.
5.2 Virtual Currency (Coins)
Tikkabo uses a coin-based economy. We maintain your coin balance and a complete transaction ledger. Coins can be used to generate AI-powered books. See our in-app pricing for current rates.
5.3 Content Handover on Deletion
If you delete your account and have published books on the marketplace, those books are transferred to a platform system account so that purchasers retain access. See Data Retention & Deletion for full details.
